Timor Port S.A. hosted representatives from Woodside Energy at a meeting held on Thursday, May 21, aimed at advancing cooperation and exploring opportunities for future partnerships.

The Woodside delegation was led by Paul Suvillan, Senior Vice President of Greater Sunrise, accompanied by members of the company’s management team. This visit allowed both parties to discuss port operations, infrastructure capabilities, and the potential role of the Port of Timor in the future development of the Greater Sunrise project.
During this visit, the Woodside team was able to gain an understanding of Timor Port SA’s operational capabilities and the ongoing developments at Timor-Leste’s main maritime gateway.

Woodside Energy, an Australian oil and gas company with a long-standing presence in Timor-Leste, operates the Greater Sunrise gas fields in the Timor Sea. This meeting reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation and support Timor-Leste’s economic development.
