Timor Port (TPSA) is a subsidiary of Africa Global Logistics. In June 2016, following an international tender launched by the East Timorese authorities and organized with the advice of the IFC (International Finance Corporation, member of the World Bank), Africa Global Logistics was chosen to build and operate the future Deepwater port of Tibar Bay.
